Covering four stormy decades during the Troubles in Northern Ireland The real Dolores Price was married for two decades (1983-2003) to Irish actor Stephen Rea.

During this period, Rhee appeared in the film for which he is perhaps best known in the United States: the 1992 romantic thriller Cruel Game

In this film, Ree plays Fergus, an extremely indecisive and controversial member of the Irish Republican Army (IRA), the same organization that Price was associated with for many years.

Really well played at different age stages of the main characters

I highly recommend reading the book for more context/information, but the series does a great job of covering the material.

Overall, an incredibly well-made mini-series

For me, the more important topics are: - in the war, everyone thinks that he is on the right side; - how far you will go for the cause you believe in, and what will happen when this faith is tested or weakened; — sacrificial war pawns, which carry the greatest risk, are usually easily discarded at the end; — a larger "code" of silence in communities sometimes goes too far; - military trophies, as a rule, go to bureaucrats, not soldiers.
